Pina Colada

Pina Colada flavored shaved ice topped with coconut flakes and a drink umbrella straw. This will bring you to the tropics right here in the midwest. Sorry no alcohol included (per state law), but feel free to add your own.

Orange cream flavored shaved ice with a snow cap.

This package is perfect for large businesses or large events. We bring 4 flavors that you choose.

Pricing Varies

We will come and serve unlimited shaved ice for your event, we can make about 125 shaved ice an hour and packages start at $400/hour. For events with over 125 anticipated guest, you must book over an hour. Additional customizations can be made for a small fee. Events over 15 miles have a fuel surcharge.

The “Adult” Party

We will come serve 50 "boozy themed" shaved ice for up to 45 minutes. Alcohol is not included per state law but you can add in your own! This package includes drink umbrellas, color changing spoons, and garnishes.

Party to Go Off Season

This is the perfect little set up for smaller and more private parties or to just have fun with your family/friends! We will shave ice into a foam cooler for 15 guest to make their own creations! The to-go package includes shaved ice, cups, spoons, 3 flavorings in squeeze bottles, napkins, and 1 candy add on! It will be packaged for pick up in a foam cooler and basket! Pick up right before you plan to serve or have it delivered within 5 miles of New Lenox for $10. Additional servings available.

Ice Ice Baby Shaved Ice - The Local and Mom owned Shaved Ice Trailer

At Ice Ice Baby Shaved Ice, we take pride in creating the most delicious and unique flavors you've ever tasted. A lot more than shaving ice goes into our business. Behind the scenes is the prep including making fresh simple syrup, creating flavor combinations, keeping our trailer maintained with a health grade of A+, sponsoring local teams and events, and of course sampling the new flavors we create! We are excited to start the season again this Spring (although we do a few indoor winter events), being out in the trailer means Spring is here! We can't wait to spend the 2024 season serving the best shaved ice you can find in the South Suburbs...maybe even Illinois. Keep up to date on where we will be by following us on Facebook!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you require a deposit to book a date?

Yes, we require a $50 deposit to book or a $100 depending on your package. This deposit is non refundable but it is transferable to another date within the year as long as you give a weeks notice. If you cancel 6 days or closer to the event, the deposit if forfeited. A contract will be emailed via JotForm or you can scan the QR.

What do you do if there is inclement weather?

We can operate the trailer in the rain (if we have electricity not our generator) but if there is severe weather in which it is unsafe for guest to come to the trailer, we can reschedule or refund the deposit.

Can you customize packages and add on's?

YES! We would love to customize a package for your event. Examples of customizations include balloon garland on the trailer, cups with your logo/theme for guest to keep, flavor names to match your event, custom signage for your event, mini drink leis for Hawaiian themes, etc. Have an idea in mind, we'll make it happen!

Do we need electricity?

We can operate off a generator as long as it isn’t raining. Indoor events we will need electricity.

Do you charge tax?

Yes, the tax rate is taxed under the general merchandise rate since it is prepared for immediate consumption. If you pay cash, we will not charge tax.

Will you travel over 15 miles?

Yes, for areas between 16-21 miles from the East end of New Lenox we charge a fuel surcharge of $50 and require a minimum $275 package. For areas between 22-30 miles there is a $75 surcharge and minimum of $400. This charge is for fuel and the extra time it takes being further away.

Can we have you come out to an event as a pop up/Sell on site?

Yes, but if it is the general public at a business we will have to pull a permit. If it is private such as a subdivision, we can charge per cup. When we do "pop up" events, we choose the top flavors to bring and typically we bring add on's. We stay 45 minutes! Contact us to have us come out to your neighborhood or business. There's no fee to you and we will advertise for your business as well! We just ask you advertise it on your neighborhood page or business page. Please have a minimum of 40 guests! Must live within 15 miles of New Lenox!

How long do you stay for each package?

The packages are priced by cups served and you get an allotted amount of time to have them served. For example, the simple and sweet package includes 50 shaved ice within a 45 minute time slot. If your guest all come at once and we serve the 50 cups, we can either close up and head out or continue to serve for an additional cost per cup until you reach the 45 minute mark which is the time limit.

Can we use a credit card?

We accept cash, card. Zelle, or Venmo. When using a credit card, there is a small credit card fee. We also offer after pay in 2024.

Do you do fundraising or donations?

We love to support local and try our best to give back to fundraising or local sports and schools! Please contact us for fundraising/sponsorship opportunities! (708) 307-4263. We are happy to donate back!

Where do you park?

We ask you leave us 30-35 feet of space to safely park in front of your driveway or along your sidewalk. Our serving window is on the passenger side!

Are your flavors allergen friendly?

Our flavors are all free of the top major allergens! If you have an allergy, please tell us! We have an allergy list on our website and our trailer.

What goes into the pricing?

Our pricing factors in cost of goods, labor, permit fees, gas, insurance, prep time, etc. We do not charge additional fees unless you are over 15 miles from New Lenox.
