Hourly Packages

Choose 4 Flavors

$450/hour

We will come and serve unlimited shaved ice for your event within the hour, we can make about 125 shaved ice an hour and packages start at $450/hour. For events with over 125 anticipated guest, you must book over an hour or book us with two machines for an additional cost. Additional customizations can be made for a small fee. Events over 15 miles have a fuel surcharge.

Schools/Daycares/Camps /PTO/Church: We will come and serve unlimited shaved ice, we can make about 125 shaved ice an hour! Schools get special pricing, please contact us for a custom quote if you need us to bring two machines to serve more then 125/hour. Additional machines will be quoted as a custom quote. For events with over 125 anticipated guest, you must book over an hour. We can work within budgets to make it happen! Events over 15 miles have a fuel surcharge. Served in foam cups/bowls.

The “Adult” Party

350

We will come serve 50 "boozy themed" shaved ice for up to 45 minutes. Alcohol is not included per state law but you can add in your own! This package includes drink umbrellas, color changing spoons, and garnishes. We are basset certified!

Party to Go Off Season

This is the perfect little set up for smaller and more private parties or to just have fun with your family/friends! We will shave ice into a foam cooler for 15 guest to make their own creations! The to-go package includes shaved ice, cups, spoons, 3 flavorings in squeeze bottles, napkins, and 1 candy add on! It will be packaged for pick up in a foam cooler and basket! Pick up right before you plan to serve or have it delivered within 5 miles of New Lenox for $10. Additional servings available.

Do you require a deposit to book a date?

Yes, we do require a non-refundable deposit of $50 or $100, depending on the package you choose, to lock in your booking.

Need to reschedule? No problem—with at least one week’s notice, your deposit can be applied to a new date within the same calendar year.

Please note: Cancellations made within six days of the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Your contract will be sent via JotForm email, or you can access it anytime by scanning our QR code.

What do you do if there is inclement weather?

We can operate the trailer in the rain as long as electricity is available (not using our generator). However, if severe weather makes it unsafe for guests to visit the trailer, we’re happy to reschedule your event or refund your deposit—your safety comes first!

Can you customize packages and add on's?

Absolutely! We’d be thrilled to create a customized package just for your event. Some of our most popular customizations include:

🎈 Balloon garlands on the trailer
🥤 Personalized cups featuring your logo or event theme (great take-home keepsakes!)
🍧 Event-specific flavor names for a fun, personalized twist
🪧 Custom signage to match your vibe
🌺 Mini drink leis – perfect for Hawaiian or tropical-themed parties

Will you travel over 15 miles?

Yes, we apply a fuel surcharge for locations based on their distance from the east end of New Lenox:

For areas 16–20 miles away, there is a $50 surcharge with a minimum package of $275.
For areas 21–30 miles away, the fuel surcharge is $100, with a minimum package of $450.

Can we have you come out to an event as a pop up/Sell on site?

Yes! We love doing pop-up events! When we pop up, we bring a curated selection of our top flavors along with popular add-ons, and we typically stay for about 45 minutes.

If you'd like us to visit your neighborhood or event, just reach out! We do ask that you:

📣 Promote the event on your neighborhood or business page
👥 Guarantee at least 40 guests
📍 Ensure the location is within 15 miles of New Lenox

For larger events or locations beyond our 15-mile radius, we’ll just need a sales-on-site agreement with minimum sales requirements. Let’s make your pop-up sweet and memorable!

How long do you stay for each package?

Our packages are priced based on the number of cups served, with a set amount of time allocated for service. For example, our Simple & Sweet package includes 50 shaved ice cups served within a 30-minute window.

If all your guests arrive at once and the 50 cups are served quickly, you have two options:

We can wrap up and head out, or
We can continue serving additional guests at a per-cup rate until the 45-minute time limit is reached.

This way, you have flexibility based on your event's flow!

Can we use a credit card?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and checks from schools or businesses. Please note, a small processing fee applies to credit card payments.

For added convenience, we also offer Afterpay on our packages—making it easy to plan now and pay later!

Do you do fundraising or donations?

We’re proud to support our local community and love giving back to fundraisers, schools, and local sports teams! If you're interested in a fundraising partnership or sponsorship opportunity, we’d love to connect.

Where do you park?

We kindly ask that you reserve 30–35 feet of space so we can safely park in front of your driveway or along the sidewalk. Our serving window is on the passenger side, so make sure we’re not serving shaved ice into a bush or mailbox!

Are your flavors allergen friendly?

All of our flavors are free from the top 8 major allergens—so everyone can chill with confidence! ❄️ If you have a specific allergy, just let us know—we’re happy to help.
