Hourly Packages

$450/hour

We will come and serve unlimited shaved ice for your event within the hour, we can make about 125 shaved ice an hour and packages start at $450/hour. For events with over 125 anticipated guest, you must book over an hour or book us with two machines for an additional cost. Additional customizations can be made for a small fee. Events over 15 miles have a fuel surcharge.

Schools/Daycares/Camps /PTO/Church: We will come and serve unlimited shaved ice, we can make about 125 shaved ice an hour! Schools get special pricing, please contact us for a custom quote if you need us to bring two machines to serve more then 125/hour. Additional machines will be quoted as a custom quote. For events with over 125 anticipated guest, you must book over an hour. We can work within budgets to make it happen! Events over 15 miles have a fuel surcharge. Served in foam cups/bowls.

The “Adult” Party

We will come serve 50 "boozy themed" shaved ice for up to 45 minutes. Alcohol is not included per state law but you can add in your own! This package includes drink umbrellas, color changing spoons, and garnishes. We are basset certified!

Party to Go Off Season

This is the perfect little set up for smaller and more private parties or to just have fun with your family/friends! We will shave ice into a foam cooler for 15 guest to make their own creations! The to-go package includes shaved ice, cups, spoons, 3 flavorings in squeeze bottles, napkins, and 1 candy add on! It will be packaged for pick up in a foam cooler and basket! Pick up right before you plan to serve or have it delivered within 5 miles of New Lenox for $10. Additional servings available.

Do you require a deposit to book a date?

Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of $50 or $100, depending on your selected package, to secure your booking. This deposit can be transferred to a new date within the same year if you provide at least one week’s notice. Cancellations made six days or less before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A contract will be sent via JotForm email, or you can access it by scanning the QR code.

What do you do if there is inclement weather?

We’re able to operate the trailer in the rain, as long as electricity is available (not using our generator). However, if severe weather makes it unsafe for guests to visit the trailer, we’re happy to reschedule or refund your deposit.

Can you customize packages and add on's?

Absolutely! We’d be thrilled to create a customized package just for your event. Some popular customizations include balloon garlands on the trailer, personalized cups with your logo or theme for guests to take home, event-specific flavor names, custom signage, mini drink leis for Hawaiian-themed parties, and more. Have something special in mind? We’ll bring it to life!

Will you travel over 15 miles?

Yes, we apply a fuel surcharge for locations based on their distance from the east end of New Lenox:

For areas 16–20 miles away, there is a $50 fuel surcharge with a minimum package of $275.
For areas 21–30 miles away, the fuel surcharge is $75, with a minimum package of $425.

Can we have you come out to an event as a pop up/Sell on site?

Yes! When we do “pop-up” events, we bring a selection of our top flavors along with popular add-ons. We typically stay for about 45 minutes.

If you’d like us to visit your neighborhood or event, just reach out! We ask that you promote the event on your neighborhood or business page and guarantee at least 40 guests. The location must be within 15 miles of New Lenox.

For larger events or locations beyond 15 miles, a sales-on-site agreement with minimum sales requirements will be needed.

How long do you stay for each package?

The packages are priced by cups served and you get an allotted amount of time to have them served. For example, the simple and sweet package includes 50 shaved ice within a 30 minute time slot. If your guest all come at once and we serve the 50 cups, we can either close up and head out or continue to serve for an additional cost per cup until you reach the 45 minute mark which is the time limit.

Can we use a credit card?

We accept cash, card , Zelle, Venmo and checks from schools/businesses. When using a credit card, there is a small credit card fee. We also offer after pay for packages.

Do you do fundraising or donations?

We’re passionate about supporting our local community and do our best to give back to fundraisers, local sports teams, and schools! If you’re interested in fundraising or sponsorship opportunities, we’d love to hear from you—reach out at (708) 307-4263. We’re happy to donate, create a raffle basket, and more!

Where do you park?

We ask you leave us 30-35 feet of space to safely park in front of your driveway or along your sidewalk. Our serving window is on the passenger side!
